Leadership Philosophy
-
The true measure of leadership is influence. Your influence is affected by your character, relationships, knowledge, intuition, ability, and grit.

-
There is no singular important role for a leader. Rather, several actions good leaders take which culminate together to increase influence. Some of these actions:
-
Leadership develops daily, so good leaders strive to develop subordinates and superiors daily.
-
Good leaders always do whats right.
-
A good leader motivates and communicates in ways that facilitate the construction of cohesive teams.
-
A good leader is the subject matter expert in all tasks related to his position and both a position above and below them.
-
A good leader will never let anyone see them quit, not because they hide it, rather they never ever quit.
-
A good leader always puts his subordinates well being before their own.
-
A good leaders is a servant of others.
-
Good leaders are open to the advice of others but are always willing to make the decision, and with that, hold themselves accountable for that decision and the results.
-

-
No one will follow you if you do not follow through.

-
No one can follow you if you are not in the front. Always be the first set of boots on the ground and the last set to leave (firrt to work and last to leave).
